How YOU can Participate:

1. ‘RUN FOR FREE’ by raising $200 from within our sober community and keeping within the 7th tradition guidelines
2. No fundraising?  No problem.  Register for the 5K and pay the $40 registration fee.  Come walk with us anyway!
3. Donate $$ to sponsor TeamNOCCO or donate to meet the $200 goal of an individual walker.
4. Come out and cheer us on!
